The communication was hit or miss, not sure why. I discontinued the order because it was still incomplete and the corrections and revisions were just overwhelming from 10/08/20-10/24/20. I'm not requesting a refund, Sumonrm can keep the money. The part that was completed was done well. Thank you

It was a basic gig order. i did a lots of change. i have done everything for the order. the order was auto completed. After auto complete. i said i can make change. But i think they dont know how the fiverr systrm works.

Pretty easy. The time difference can be hard to get past (I'm in USA), but his skills are worth the wait. I'm having him create more for me.

We needed a modification on 3 of our existing labels. The seller was sending us the modified labels but with many obvious mistakes on them (font size not the same on all labels, artwork not at the same positions on each labels). I am still giving the seller 4 stars because at the end of the day, after 3 modification requests, the final result was what we needed!

It was a good experience. The communication was spotty at times, but the result was exactly what I envisioned. He always met timelines and would communicate if he needed more time. He created 9 product labels for a skincare line. I would work with him and would recommend to others.
