I will design for you a greeting that you may post on your Instagram story (exact size for stories) to congratulate a friend or someone.

I will create this with some animation elements and with adding your friend`s photo (or may be your photo, as you wish).

I may design it using latin (English/Estonian) or cyrillic (for greetings in Russian).
